With 2013 being a huge sales year for the automobile industry, the expectations for the 2014 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS), held in Detroit, Michigan, are greater than ever before.
Bob Shuman, the 2014 NAIAS chairman stated “It’s going to bigger, brighter and better than last year, again, because we are coming off of a tremendous sales year. All around, the optimism that was there last year is just bigger and better this year.”
The 2013 show had approximately 796,000 people in attendance. Anticipation for this year’s show is building, with officials saying it has to potential draw in the largest crowd since the early-2000s.
