The holidays are coming up fast, so you’ll want to get out and celebrate! Here are some Grand Rapids holiday events you can take part in.
35th Annual Dog Show – November 17th
Love dogs? Then this event is perfect for you! It’s not an *actual* dog show, but the event will feature performers, and it’s all to raise money for local animal services. It’s a bar event, so only adults and service animals are allowed.
2016 Walker Winter Fest – December 1st
Head down to the Walker Ice & Fitness Center for fun winter activities for kids and adults alike. It’s also a giving event – bring a canned good item to donate or give cash donations at the door.
“Sounds of the Season” – December 2nd
You can catch this event at the Van Singel Fine Arts Center. You’ll get into the holiday mood for lots of festive songs performed by the Brass Band of Battle Creek.
2016 Grand Rapids Heart Ball – December 2nd
Want to attend a fundraiser while dressing up fancily? You can do that at the 2016 Grand Rapids Heart Ball, an event that celebrates local businesses and medical professionals.
Now get out into Grand Rapids and get into the holiday spirit!
